Quality is not self-evident. Every day we strive for the highest level. We do this together. We stimulate growers to actively call each other to account about quality. The cooperative also pays close attention to food safety.
Supermarkets / retailers increasingly set high standards to products. We can guarantee food safety by conducting crop protection activities under strict protocol. On top of that, all our products are constantly tested for residual residue. An acknowledged laboratory conducts the analysis of the products. By doing so we can attest to the proper use of crop-protection at all times, and comply with the norm as determent by supermarkets and retailers.

GLOBAL G.A.P is the certificate of supermarket organizations in Europe. This states the demands on safe, sustainably grown, high quality and traceable products. These elements are reflected in the QS certificate, a German certification system, especially developed for the fruit- and vegetable sector. Besides that, more often retailers ask about whether good working conditions and good entrepreneurship are anchored. All our growers have the GRASP module, thé assessment framework for the social paragraph on locations. To guarantee hygiene and food safety in our packaging centres, all our distribution centres are BRC Food and IFS Food certified.
In case of all certificates, an independent party will perform an audit annually. De certificates are downloadable from this site.
An inspector checks the produce of our members. Inspectors check the products for quality, attention and shelf life. The inspection reports are shared with the growers as well as with sales. The inspector is also responsible for dealing with complaints.
